Weeping Cherry Tree Removals in Chestertown, MD

Recently, we removed three Weeping Cherry trees in Chestertown, MD for a new homeowner. The roots were encroaching on the pool's concrete and the foundation, posing a risk. While on site, we also eliminated vines that had overtaken two trees along the shoreline. The trees were truly magnificent, and we felt a sense of loss seeing them go due to their impressive size and beauty. However, when a tree starts to disrupt the foundation of a home or any structure, it often necessitates the removal for safety reasons. In other cases, to avoid tree removal, we have successfully implemented a root barrier before any damage occurred, but that was not feasible in this situation. The homeowner now has the opportunity to plant another beautiful specimen in place of the removed trees! During our initial visit to the property, our arborist also observed bagworms that had begun to establish themselves on the arborvitaes, so we fertilized them to enhance the plants' resilience following the infestation. The next step in the Plant Health Care process will involve treating the plants in the Spring to prepare for the upcoming phase when the bagworms will hatch again, helping to prevent this issue in the future.
